White Tea

The most delicate of all tea varieties, plucked from the youngest tea buds, white teas have very little caffeine but are packed with  healthy qualities.  White tea improves cardio function, slows bacterial and antiviral growth, helps rejuvinate skin cells to reduce the effects of aging, has high anti-inflammatory qualities which could help reduce the risks of some cancers, arthritis and heart disease.  Drink up!

Prices are for 4oz.  Depending on the variety, typically 4oz of loose leaf tea will make 10-12 pots of tea or at least 30-40- 6oz cups of hot tea.
