For you...my fellow decaf Coffee Junkies...

I only drink decaf which is why I started coffee roasting in 2006.  Traditionally decaf coffees are terrible but all our decafs are Organic Swiss Water Processed so all of them are fantastic.  We are the only coffee company offering such a wide flavor spectrum for regular as well as decaf. 

This flavor however, will never be available in regular.  Sorry regular Coffee Junkies. This flavor I have made for myself for years.  It started out by combining left-over decafs for myself to enjoy.  One day I realized I had to make it, its own name and blend it all year long. I experimented and created Silent Night in January 2024.  While drinking it with my nightly piece of honey comb chocolate, I made it its own product months later.  December 10, 2024 to be exact.

This flavor has a proprietary blend of nuts and vanilla, a tiny splash of maple (which could be why I smell like maple all the time!) and then a couple other wonderful flavors of the holidays. My favorite coffee season.

The Coffee Junkie DIY Cold Brew Kit includes:

-1 Coffee Junkie Mason Mug

-8 Ounces of your selected coffee

-8 Filters

Instructions:

Simply put 1oz (3-5 tablespoons) of coffee in 1 filter.  Fill the mason mug with water.  Put the coffee pouch in the mug and hook the filter over the lip of the jar or tie with a twist tie and put on the lid.  Refrigerate over-night and enjoy ready to drink cold brew in the morning.
